Micropigmentation is a form of tattooing or the deposit of indelible ink into the papillary dermal layer of the skin, just under the epidermis. The result lasts a number of years depending on skin integrity, personal skin care, and individual lifestyle. Procedures are safe, use the highest standards of sanitation and sterilization, and are divided in order to allow enough time for your skin to heal with the desired result. While technique has much to do with the level of pain experienced, topical anesthetics are used to decrease any discomfort, and After-care instruction aids the healing process. Procedure length is 1 to 3 hours.
Microblading, microstroking, and eyebrow embroidery are under the micropigmentaton or cosmetic tattooing umbrella. While microblading fades more quickly than a solid brow tattoo, results are not considered semi-permanent, according to the SPCP Microblading Fact Sheet; because it is impossible to predict how much pigment will fade away and how long it will take to do so with any measure of consistency or reliability.
All procedures are by appointment only with a requested 48 hour notice of cancellation.
